Nicolás Sanhueza

Nicolás is a litigator and researcher. As a litigator he has specialized in criminal law, with special emphasis on strategic criminal litigation and evidentiary reasoning. As a researcher he has specialized mainly in constitutional law issues. He has worked in research projects, civil arbitrations and private litigation. He has also collaborated in editing at the UAI Law School journal, Latin American Legal Studies. Recently, he has focused on studying the theory of evidence from the perspective of evidentiary reasoning and the scope of the Chilean constitutional process in the administration of justice.
