Pablo Cantillana

Pablo is a professor of civil procedural law at the University’s Law School. He has specialized in the study of procedural law, focusing mainly on the regulation of evidence in Chile, the study of evidence valuation systems, case management and new procedural trends such as the study of the principle of collaboration and procedural flexibility. He has participated in research projects, mainly on issues related to access to justice, vulnerable groups and digital justice. Recently, he has focused his work on the study of the principle of procedural collaboration and case management, under the premise of believing that they represent fundamental and necessary institutions for civil procedural reform projects in Latin America.
